This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze about strategy effectivity of Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication (EPIC) PB Djarum. The used research methodology is a qualitative descriptive method with cross-section and primary data obtained from questionnaires, which is subsequently processed in the form of presentation of tables and charts. The used mechanical sampling is a purposive sampling method from data in 2020. The use of data analysis is using score calculation of EPIC method and calculation of effectivity level of it. The results of this study show that the variable Empathy score was 3.32 which is within the range of effective scale, variable Persuasion result of 3.26 is within the range of effective scale, variable Impact obtained a yield of 3.11 which is within the range of effective scale, Communication variables obtained results of 2.99 which is within the range of effective scale. These results indicate that strategy in the promotion of PB Djarum using EPIC method is effective as media promotion of PB Djarum. The overall value of empathy, persuasion, impact, communication on the EPIC rate is 3.17. It means the EPIC method is effective in promoting the films that will be shown at PB Djarum and can be used as one of the marketing tools.

Abstract

The assessment of performance are subjective can have an impact on decreasing the job satisfaction of employees. when employees feel that they have worked well but based on the results of the assessment of their performance is not considered to provide optimum performance of them will feel disappointed. This study aims to evaluate the performance assessment by using the SMART method in PT. BNI Tbk. Main Branch Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive verificative, with a total sample of 98. Leverage data is done using kuesianer distributed to the employees of the bank PT. BNI Tbk. Main Branch Tangerang. The results showed that the performance assessment by using the SMART method can not be applied because some of the indicators SMART can not be implemented, while the job satisfaction provided by Bank BNI to the employee is still not optimal. The test results also indicate that performance assessment has positive and highly significant impact on job satisfaction of employees in the Bank PT. BNI Tbk. Main Branch Tangerang.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to ensure that the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program which runs as the goals and the objectives that have been set, the factors that lead to the success or failure of the program and the benefits derived from the implementation of the HSE program for employees and companies. This research is a qualitative research using the method of evaluation of the Context Input Process Product (CIPP) approach. Data taken using the guidelines interviews, questionnaires and observation studies and in the analysis of documents with descriptive methods through discussions and triangulation. All the activites of decision data is performed to all stakeholders components into aspects of evalution in this study include: Context Evaluation (C): The importance of goals and objectives in the implementation of the program; Input Evaluation (I): Strategies, procedures and activities of the program; Process Evaluation (P): Implemention process of the program; Product Evaluation (P): Outcomes and benefits of the program. The results showed that the implementation of HSE program is generally in accordance with its performance indicators but the success of the program has not been fully fulfilled because the program strategy is not directed and incomplete so that the implementation process is not quite as it should be because of the absence of adequate standard operation procedure. The recommendation of this research is that if the company wishes to continue the HSE program successfully, the company should review the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the program (Context), then fix the program strategy completely and purposefully (Input), completing the operation procedures, so that the implementation process in accordance with the standard operation procedure (Process)) that will further ensure the success of this HSE program (Product).

Abstract

This research examines the Effect of Tax Sanctions and Tax Authorities Service on Tax Compliance Taxpayer Awareness as Moderation Variables. The population in this study is corporate taxpayers who live in Tangerang, based on data until the end of 2018 there were 1,570 taxpayers, the determination of the number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 94 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and using the Ordinal scale. The distribution and collection of questionnaires was carried out in June 2020 and the number of questionnaires that could be used was 88 questionnaires or 93%.In analyzing the data used a quantitative approach through Software SPSS 23. The simultaneous Tax Sanction, Tax Authorities Service have a significant effect on Tax Compliance Taxpayer Awareness . Partially Tax sanctions have a significant effect on compliance with corporate taxpayers, the Tax Authorities Service have a significant effect on compliance with corporate taxpayers. Interactionlly awareness of taxpayers moderating tax sanctions does not affect the compliance of corporate taxpayers, awareness of taxpayers moderating tax authorities services have a significant effect on compliance with corporate taxpayers.

Abstract

This article discusses the organization of upstream oil and gas industri in Indonesia from managerial perspective. For Indonesian context, actually this has been arranged by the Statement Oil and Gas Standard Accountancy No.29 Year 2009. In developed countries such as United States there is Standard Financial Accounting Statement issued by Financial Accounting Standard Board (FASB). In order to obtain clarity and transparency and to avoid different interpretation between the contractors and the government, therefore there ought to be explicit principles and methods in production sharing contract and desired accountancy period so that the similar method can be applied on APBN (National Planning and Expenditure Budget). This is since accountancy method affects financial report. With the latter, contractor’s performance and state income can be measured. Research methodology are ground research and exploratory research, reaseacher assumption based on field condition and resolve problem from literature study.

Abstract

The first president of the Republic of Indonesia, Sukarno, reminded the importance of the nation's strength of character which was built on the basis of a deep appreciation of the nation's view of life. Character is not only determine the existence and progress of individuals, but also the existence and progress of a group of individuals like a nation. Like an individual, in essence each nation has its own character that grows from shared experience. Referring to Sukarno's important ideas about character building, to provide life-contents and life-direction, the soul of this nation needs to be built intentionally to re-establish Indonesian values, through awareness, empowerment, and civilization of Pancasila values and morality. Based on the problem of the target subject, efforts are needed to develop an adaptive coaching program approach model in accordance with the objectives of the target subject. The model is used as an adaptive approach in the "Nation and Personal Character Building based on the Pancasila Ideology and Heroic Leadership Approach" as an effort to change the character and mindset of prisoners. The results of this dedication are expected to contribute to the Salemba class IIA correctional institutions (prisons), the prisoners, and all parties who are concerned in guiding prisoners.

Abstract

Main purpose of this research was to explored An organizational citizenship behaviour's influenced that mediate the impact from transformational leadership and organizational culture towards employee performance at XYZ organizational. Research population was all employees from XYZ Organization, amounting to 113 employees. Sample method by non-probability sampling with saturated sampling as sampling technique so respondents chosen was 113 respondents. Data analysis method in this research used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with assist of Smart PLS version 3.2.9 program. These result indicated that transformational leadership and organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance Likewise to organizational citizenship behaviour.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze a model of online tour package purchasing behavior which is influenced by the perceptual aspects of review ratings, perceived risk, trust and purchase intention. The research design used a combination of exploratory, descriptive-quantitative research. The population and sample selection uses consumers in West Jakarta who will purchase tour packages online. Determining the number of samples using purposive sampling technique and will be distributed to 203 consumers. These findings prove that the rating review positive effect on trust and perceptions of risk. Perceptions of risk have a negative effect on trust and purchase intention. Trust has a positive effect on purchase intention. This is an important consideration for business actors in making future marketing strategy decisions to achieve competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze inventory management by optimizing the forecasting method at PT XYZ Indonesia. The research approach that used was descriptive research with the aim of explaining and describing the object of research by qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data defined a description from the activities of a company which was carried out by managing inventory. Quantitative data in form of sales data, inventory data, quantity data of the arrival of goods in the company. The research was conducted in the Storage System department using data for 30 months from January 2014 to June 2016. From the ABC analysis data conducted by the company, A category was taken as many as 10 items (stock keeping units). The results of research using the three types of forecasting methods, it is known that on the article level the smallest MAD value was for D product with linear regression forecasting method. The smallest MAPE value was for C product with simple moving average forecasting method. On the level of aggregate products, the smallest MAD and MAPE values were exponential smoothing forecasting, thus the exponential smoothing forecasting method is a method to predicts the smallest and most accurate aggregate for product deviation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the decision analysis to choose a postgraduate program through Place, Marketing Communication, Price Perception and Service Quality. The results of the study using primary data in the form of questionnaires to 100 students of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of West Jakarta with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method showed that Place, Marketing Communication, Price Perception and Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose a postgraduate program. Judging from the results of the SEM Place calculation analysis has an estimate coefficient of 0.36 or 36%, Marketing Communication has an estimate coefficient of 0.15 or 15%, Price Perception has an estimate coefficient of 0.30 or 30%, Service Quality has an estimate coefficient of 0.24 or 24% influence on the decision to choose a postgraduate program. This shows that if Place, Marketing Communication, Price Perception and Service Quality have increased, it will affect the decision to choose a Postgraduate Program
